Siptel scoops win at Comms National Awards
On Thursday 1st October 2009, one of the ICT channel's most coveted and celebrated awards event was held at the Hilton on Park Lane, London – the Comms National Awards. siptel attended the awards, having entered the category “Enterprise Unified Communications Solution of the Year”, and were delighted to win. siptel’s entry had been narrowed down from thousands of entrants in the ICT industry. The Chairman of Judges was channel consultant, Paul Cunningham, who was joined on the panel by Dave Sumner-Smith, Programme Director of the Daily Telegraph Business Club, John Chapman, Business Development Director of IT Europa and Keith Humphries, Director of EuroLan Research. siptel was asked to submit a detailed overview of a unified communications solutions from their portfolio, as well as elaborating on how they identified the market opportunity. In addition, they were quizzed on how they overcame the client’s challenges and not only fulfilled, but exceeded their expectations. siptel had no problem choosing from one of their impressive client testimonials. The Comms National Awards, hosted by legendary comic Ronnie Corbett, brought together over 350 of the industry's elite, and was a perfect mixture of celebration, entertainment and charity fundraising.
