IT/Infrastructure Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a for a proactive individual with very broad and hands on IT/Infrastructure experience. The successful candidate will have previous experience in installing, configuring and supporting leading-edge technology for internal and external customers to a detailed level.
The successful candidate must have skills in all the below:

Software: Full range of VMware, Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, both on the Desktop and the Server (MS Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Lync/OCS Communicator, etc) (MCSE or above).

Routing and LAN equipment such as Cisco routers, switches, ASA devices (CCNP or pref CCIE) with voice applications such as Cisco Call Manager (CCVP).

Hardware – broad range of PC, laptop and server hardware and peripherals (Dell, HP, Toshiba, etc).

Proficient end to end project management experience.

In-depth knowledge and experience of MPLS wires only network and IP network design, implementation and troubleshooting including segmenting networks at Layer 2 and Layer 3, routing protocols, trunks, ports etc.

The ability to document all works/projects completed for ease of use by other members of the team.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with both customers and colleagues, they will also have an ability to multi-task and focus in unison ensuring that our customer’s experience is always a positive one.
